TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I. Commission InformationTurnaround Time: Completion typically takes 1-6 weeks, with sketches delivered within 1 week. However, this timeframe may extend to 3 months due to factors like workload, health, or personal circumstances. You will be notified immediately of any delays.Progress updates will be provided at the rough sketch, flat colors, and final check stages.
Communication: Please contact me through Discord (haizo303) or Facebook (He Rha), or via the commissioning platform.Requirements: Clear instructions and at least one ore more high-quality visual reference are essential. Supplement your reference with any relevant details (e.g., specific poses, expressions, clothing descriptions). If using a gallery of images, note that design inconsistencies may affect accuracy. Non-visual references may result in additional fees or commission rejection. Provide as much detail as possible to ensure a clear understanding of your vision.Pricing: Prices are base prices. The final cost may increase depending on the complexity of the commission. A detailed quote will be provided before we begin.II. Usage Rights & RestrictionsPersonal Use: The artwork is for personal use only (online profiles, prints for personal use, etc.). You may print the art and claim rights to your characters, but not the artwork itself. You may use the artwork to promote yourself, provided proper credit is given.Commercial Use: Commercial use (selling prints, merchandise, etc.) requires a separate agreement and a 100% additional fee. Please contact me to discuss commercial licensing.Prohibited Uses: Resale, use in AI generators or NFTs, cryptocurrency transactions, and unauthorized redistribution are strictly prohibited. Any copyright infringement will result in the immediate revocation of all usage rights.III. Rush Orders & RevisionsRush Orders: Rush orders are available at an additional cost:
Less than 3 weeks: +$25
Less than 2 weeks: +$30
Less than 1 week: +$40
Less than 3 days: +$50Revisions: Minor revisions are included in the base price and will be made before final payment. Significant changes (e.g., outfit changes, background alterations, major redrawing) requested after completion will incur additional charges. Major revisions are best addressed during the initial stages of the commission.IV. Payment & CancellationPayment: Full payment is required before the final artwork is delivered. Payment is due after sketch approval. I accept PayPal and Gcash. A 50% or 100% upfront payment may be required, with the remaining balance due upon completion (your preference).Cancellation: You may cancel before payment is made. Refunds are not offered after the sketch is approved (minor revisions are included). If you need to cancel after sketch approval, please contact me immediately. I reserve the right to cancel a commission if the request is unsuitable or uncomfortable for me.V. Client Responsibilities & Portfolio UseCredit: Always credit my work as "Haizo303" or "He Rha".
Client Conduct: Disrespectful or abusive behavior will result in immediate termination of the commission and potential service denial.Portfolio Use: I may use the completed artwork in my portfolio and on social media (with proper credit to you), unless you specifically request otherwise. Please inform me if you do not want your commission used in my portfolio.Unreachable Clients: If I cannot contact you for over a month, even with partial payment received, the commission will be considered void, and payment will not be refunded.VI. Prohibited Subjects & Artistic StyleProhibited Subjects: I do not accept commissions depicting offensive content, overly disturbing or uncomfortable subject matter, mechas, realistic art, pixel art, direct imitations of other artists' styles, excessively detailed armor or backgrounds, or NSFW content. Furries or slight NSFW will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We can further discuss about the details if I'm comfortable to do the work.Acceptable Subjects: I accept commissions for detailed outfits, original characters (OCs), soft gore (SFW), kemonomimi, fanart, and canon characters or anything as long as its within my capability. Please inquire about other subjects.Artistic Style: I will work in my own distinct style. My artwork is detailed at its default zoom level. I will not copy other artists' styles.VII. Legal ConsiderationsCopyright: I retain all rights to the artwork unless explicitly stated otherwise in a commercial agreement. Unauthorized modification, redistribution, or use in violation of these terms is prohibited. I reserve the right to pursue legal action for copyright infringement.First Come, First Served: Commissions are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.These terms and conditions govern all commissions and purchases of artwork from HAiZO. By commissioning or purchasing artwork, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
